COVID-19 Updates

Considering the current outbreak of COVID-19 and the impact the virus may have on our local region, we wanted to take a minute to share Persoma Counseling Associates plan with you.

CDC RECOMMENDATIONS
First and foremost, we are committed to taking all the recommended precautions to protect the health and well-being of our team, patients, and community. To that end, we are following the recommendations of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Pennsylvania Department of Health, and the Allegheny County Health Department. We will continue to use their expert recommendations to guide our decisions as long as necessary.

CONTINUED QUALITY SERVICE
We are also committed to maintaining the highest quality of service for our patients. We have plans in place to help prevent any disruption of service to the greatest extent possible. All of our offices are open for business at this point in time. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you up to date as circumstances evolve.

CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS
If you are not feeling well, please stay home! We are aware of the importance of keeping appointments as it pertains to quality treatment. However, it is more important to stay home if you are ill. You will not be penalized in any way for canceling due to illness so please do use your best judgment. You can also speak with your provider about the availability of tele-health services.

WE’RE HERE FOR YOU
We hope you and your families are safe and in good health during these challenging times. Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
